Festival Exhibitors

The deadline for this year's festival has passed. If you have any questions or concerns about the exhibitor section of the festival please send all inquiries to exhibitors@nashvilleearthday.org

We are currently accepting exhibitor applications for 2010.  Community groups, non-profits, government agencies, farmers, and environmentally-conscious businesses are all an annual part of the Nashville Earth Day Festival.  Exhibitors will be grouped together into environmental focus areas such as clean water, green living, recycling, outdoor adventure, or farming.  If you are interested in being part of the Earth Day festivities, please download and submit the application below.

The deadline to return completed and signed applications is Wednesday, March 31, 2010.  We suggest that you send in your application early as we expect to have even more requests for exhibit space this year.  All applications will be reviewed by our volunteer planning committee; a few applications may not be accepted.  There are several guidelines and a hold harmless clause in the two-page application to accept.

You can submit your exhibitor application by fax or email.  The PDF file should allow you to type on the blank lines.  Depending on your computer, you may be able to save and rename the PDF file.  Other computers may only allow you to type in your information and then print.

Participating in the Nashville Earth Day Festival is free of charge for non-profit, community, farmer, and government organizations.  There is a $200 fee for businesses wanting to show, not sell, their services or products.  Booth spaces are 10x10.  More details are listed on the exhibitor application.  We encourage everyone to have interactive educational exhibits.
